Classic Music Shetland is based on the island of Unst, Scotland's most northerly island and is run by John Laughland, Britain's most northerly composer.
We compose original music to order especially for Weddings, Birthdays and Special Occasions as well as original orchestral compositions, string quartets, chamber music, solo piano works and jazz arrangements are also available.

Classic Music Shetland has also produced a book of traditional tunes, titled
Shetland Tunes From Yell for Violin and Piano. The book contains 45 tunes and 25 original drawings by Ron Sandford.
